Base Operations is seeking an Account Executive. You have experience as an independent contributor, know what it takes to get prospects bought-in to your solution, and have consistently demonstrated your ability to work deals through close. You are comfortable listening and understanding customer problems, capable of creative thinking and product positioning, and are able to expand your personal brand in support of building Base Operations brand awareness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run sales process from initial demo through close
  • Collaborate with BDR’s, marketing, and leadership to close deals
  • Become a thought leader in the physical security industry and an expert of Base Operations
  • Understand the market and customer needs while keeping up with physical security technology landscape in order to best position Base Operations
  • Support content creation as required
  • Manage deals through HubSpot and maintain sales forecast

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of five years of professional B2B selling experience
  • Proven experience selling throughout the org structure, from end users to C-suite
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly sales  goals
  • Strong presentation skills, in-person and virtually
  • Ability to learn and run live product demonstrations
  • Ability to support content creation
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role and operate with an “owner’s” mentality
  • Interest in the security industry and a willingness to learn
  • Desire to work in a startup environment

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience in enterprise physical security, cyber security, military, defense, or the intelligence community.
  • Enterprise SaaS sales or startup sales experience preferred
